The Sepuluh Island, also known as Spool Island at some instances in the game, is a small, deserted sandy island. It is located at southeast from the coast of Penangkapan Island, with two submerged islands around it. The island itself has nothing of particular interest, but you can catch various tropical fish from Teman Paradise Beach and Pacar Beach, as well as trolling around the island area. You can going on a Trolling Tour at the area of Sepuluh Island from Teman Paradise Beach bulletin board, but the island itself requires the Cruiser to access.

- The Sepuluh Island is shaped like a crescent moon.
- The Fishing Journal and the Fish Turn-in Screen somehow refers the island as "Spool Island", this is more likely a translation error, considering the other islands (Penangkapan and Sembilan) are given with Indonesian/Malay names.
- This island is referred by the Quest "The Farthest Point" in Malam Jungle. It was mentioned that this island was left forgotten after the area became a tourist trap.
