Base Fish Points

The Peacock Bass is a common large fish in Panas Jungle. It may be caught in Panas lake, Panas waterfall and Mangrove Forest. It is distinctively bass-like in appearance, and it jumps out of the water often. This is one of only a few fish in this game that will take both small baits and large baits. The Peacock Bass is not actually a bass at all, it may look like a bass, but it is the largest american species that is in the Chiclid family, a genus of fish that is commonly bought to put in aquariums. They will steal bait when trying to catch the Pirarucu or Platinum Alligator Gar, and basically every other large Panas Jungle, minus the fish in Emerald Marsh. This fish is also a popular fish in private ponds in southern, warm areas, to make their pond or lake more enjoyable.

This fish is really common, and can be caught anywhere in Panas Jungle. All you need is some cheap large bait (or any bait if you can afford it) and large rod/reel. It is very visible, so finding it is not a problem. Then, cast to where you see that fish. This fish will also hit very fast, so you don't need to wait that long for one to bite. But you don't need to look for it. It would probably steal bait sooner or later.
