King of Herrings

I can't find the King of Herrings in Safir Cave. I got here about 1 game day ago and am motoring around looking for it. I understand that your bait can be taken from it, it puts up a big fight, and it is RARE.

I will use the X999 Titan and X009 Infinity. It will be Hard
